Woo Hoo! Henry's 2!

Yes, our little man is already 2 years old! I can't believe how fast time has gone. Henry is learning more words every day and is a very active little boy. He loves to run, jump, slide, swing, and play with cars and trains - a boy through and through. He also loves any emergency vehicle that makes the "woo woo" sound. So, for his second birthday we had a fire truck party! We invited some of our family over for pizza and cake - then we got to check out a REAL fire truck at the fire station! Henry loved it!

Everyone had a great time at Henry's party, especially the birthday boy himself. Happy 2nd birthday, Henry! We love you!

A visit from Illinois

Grandma and Grandpa Petty came for a visit to enjoy Henry's 2nd birthday party (pictures to come in next post) and an early Christmas celebration. We had a great time at the Parade of Lights (before the Petty's arrived), opening Christmas gifts early (acting like dorks wearing the ribbons from our packages for pictures), checking out the Denver Botanic Gardens "Blossoms of Light", taking Henry to the Museum of Nature and Science and watching the Nuggets beat the Orlando Magic! It was a busy, whirlwind trip but everyone had a great time!

Rumple Halloween 2010

We had a great Halloween this year! It was so much fun to dress Henry up for his first trick-or-treat outing! He was the perfect little golfer (except he made Mom carry his clubs...)
Jack and his cousin Molly were a superhero team - Super Man and Wonder Woman. Priceless.

Trying to get a good picture with Dad, but Henry is too interested in all of his candy.

Grandpa Val's Visit

Grandpa Val drove out to visit from Illinois for a few days. We had fun taking him to one of our favorite restaurants - the Lowry Tavern. Henry really seemed to enjoy spending time with his Grandpa.

Cory also enjoyed seeing his dad. They drove up to the Gunnison area with some other guys and went elk hunting. Much to my dismay, Cory was the lucky one of the trip and killed a big bull elk.

4 Years of Wedded...Something...

Last week Cory and I celebrated four years of wedded bliss... We enjoyed a nice dinner at Cuba Cuba for the occasion.

Oh, and I got my hair chopped off.
